ABSTRACT
Studies have been conducted to examine the influence of tourism promotion strategy with the film media Way Kambas National Park (TNWK) motivation of the tourists visit to Way Kambas Lampung. Goal of this research is to test the influence of tourism promotion strategy with the media to film TNWK tourist motivation visit to Way Kambas. Method is used to pretest and postest respondents after viewing the film, and earned wawancara.Hasil research: (a) Film TNWK tourism campaign as the media has atraction elements and comprehension, (b) have the form of motivation in behavior change at the Cognitive dissonance is due to its driving forces have not been strong enough to affect restining forces.

ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan studi untuk meneliti pengaruh strategi promosi pariwisata dengan menggunakan media film Taman Nasional Way Kambas (TNWK) terhadap motivasi kunjungan wisatawan ke Way Kambas Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh strategi promosi pariwisata dengan menggunakan media film TNWK terhadap motivasi kunjungan wisatawan ke Way Kambas. Metode yang digunakan adalah pretest kepada responden dan postest setelah melihat film, serta wawancara.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh: (a) Film TNWK sebagai media promosi pariwisata telah memiliki unsur atraction dan comprehension, (b) Ada motivasi berupa perubahan perilaku pada tahap cognitive dissonance yang disebabkan driving forces-nya belum cukup kuat untuk mempengaruhi restining forces.
